Sophisticated Monitoring
- All activity done on the computer is recorded with screen shots and activity
reports. All keys punched and all sites visited are captured.
- All phone calls are recorded. The manager (and the client) has the ability to
listen in on the phone call in real time.
- Daily Reporting will ensure productivity metrics are in line with goals. Other
options for daily measurement are available.
Close interaction with Supervisor
- Each team member has daily interaction with their supervisor.
- Team is encouraged to work together and support each other.
- Communication is accomplished by phone, email, imessage and video chat.
- Weekly group calls to discuss progress
Feedback on KPI’s
- We receive and deliver to our employees reports at certain intervals through
the day showing their productivity
- Reports are circulated at close of business showing the results of each team
member.
- Issues are captured and dealt with within a 24-hour period.
