POSITION SUMMARY:

Stay In The Game is looking for a B2B Appointment Setter to join our growing team! Stay In the Game is a progressive Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) enterprise dedicated to empowering women and caregivers to achieve a harmonious equilibrium between their professional ambitions and caregiving duties.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Appointment Setter to join our team. As an essential part of our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, establishing initial contact, and setting appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including online research, industry directories, and referrals.
  • Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients introducing our products/services and gauging their interest.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline for making a purchase.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from the initial contact to the sales representative.
  • Maintain CRM: Accurately update and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with relevant lead information, call notes, and appointment details.
  • Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture their interest and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets to contribute to the company's sales goals.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular reports and feedback on the quality of leads, conversion rates, and any potential roadblocks to the sales management team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred
  • Will consider experience in lieu of degree
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persistence and the ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Creative problem-solving aptitude.
