POSITION SUMMARY: Stay in the Game is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Billing Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about solving problems and want to make an immediate impact on the customer experience, we want to talk to you! This position is fully remote. Experience in billing, invoicing, AR/AP required.


Schedule: You must be available to work the following schedule, please do not apply if these hours do not work for what you are looking for:
Monday – Friday: 6am-2:30pm PST

Responsibilities

  • Handle billing and invoicing in a fast paced, high-demand role.
  • Provide excellent customer service via email or phone to our contracted clients.
  • Gather customer information to get an understanding of their business needs and establish rapport.
  • Research and resolve issues using available resources.
  • Identify and report bugs, defects and requests that will enhance products and service.
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.

Qualifications

  • A customer-focus mindset.
  • Advanced understanding of billing, internet, and computer concepts/technology.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence.
  • A track record of success in a customer-facing call-center role.
  • Strong self-management skills (prioritization, attention to detail, following directions).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using MS Office tools; technically savvy.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
