POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about selling and building relationships. If you are results-oriented, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a track record of success in inside sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Schedule: This position requires the right candidate to be able to work between the hours of: Monday – Friday: 8AM PST – 5PM PST

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns
  • Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude toward achieving goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • An eye for attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Proven inside sales experience in a B2B environment
