For our client, a leader in high-quality higher education we are looking for a seasoned Growth Marketing professional to lead the University Partnerships Growth Marketing. Online education is the fastest-growing segment in higher education. Our client has designed, built, and managed some of the best online undergraduate and graduate programs in the country. Responsibilities:

  • Develop, scale, and manage top-of-funnel and development activities to help drive more quality leads
  • Lead a team responsible for growing the B2B/B2U customer pipeline
  • Design the seller demand and lead generation strategy, manage campaigns and strategies to attract new customers
  • At the global and regional level responsible for strategic prioritization of demand and lead generation efforts, top-of-funnel pipeline management, and leading unique ways of generating revenue
  • Close collaboration with the Sales Team, Product Marketing Team, Corporate Communications Team, and Regional Program Teams to deliver an integrated approach to increase penetration within targeted customer segments

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in developing original and innovative work in the fields of Marketing, Sales and/or Revenue Operations
  • B2B/B2U Growth and Marketing experience, comfortable acting on a global and regional scale
  • Expertise in demand generation lead flow processes, metrics, and tools
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions, and create and execute global programs
  • Tech-savvy team player with a start-up mentality and excellent verbal and written communication skills
