Stay In The Game empowers talented individuals out of the workforce. Our mission is to support women and caregivers, enabling them to work while fulfilling caregiving responsibilities. They can contribute to their family’s financial well-being while caring for their loved ones. With us, no one is forced to choose between caregiving and a career.
Throughout my two decades in the business world, I’ve witnessed the struggles of countless friends, colleagues, and family members as they tried to juggle caregiving responsibilities with their careers. It’s a challenge that hits close to home for me, as I’ve faced similar obstacles. I’ve seen women and caregivers fighting against a corporate system that fails to provide them with the support they need. Despite the growing awareness around gender equality, caregivers often find themselves forced to leave their jobs due to outdated workplace structures.
Feeling frustrated by the lack of options available, I decided to take matters into my own hands. In 2018, I founded Stay In The Game with the aim of bridging the gender parity gap. Our focus is on providing alternative work structures that cater specifically to the needs of caregivers, especially during the crucial first 10-12 years of their caregiving journey.
“Being part of a company that values families and flexibility was incredibly important for me. Being a caregiver for my elderly grandfather and a current full-time college student, I needed a company that valued flexibility and offered an environment that cultivated growth and offered mentorship.
Accepting a position at Stay In The Game has been the best decision I could’ve made for my career. This is the first time that I’ve had a position where I honestly feel like I’m being mentored and cultivated into something better with a company that truly believes in the value that I can bring to the team. I’m so incredibly thankful for the opportunity that Stay In The Game has given me and the team for their support.”

I entered the corporate world young and ambitious, driven by a desire to make a lasting impact. The journey was thrilling, and my passion burned bright. But everything changed when my husband and I had children.
Corporate demands consumed me, juggling school drop-offs, pick-ups, and constant worry. Questions like, “Can I take time off if my kids need me?” haunted me daily. It became clear that the workforce treats parents and caregivers differently.
In my struggle, I found Stay In The Game, a paradigm shift. They offered not just meaningful employment but career-enhancing support.
Today, I’m grateful to work with colleagues who understand our unique challenges and offer unwavering support.
