Our Story

How I Got In The Game

Throughout my 20 years in business, I have watched countless friends, colleagues and family members struggle to balance caregiving with their careers.

I looked to my own experience which mirrored those around me: women fighting their way into a corporate structure that doesn’t support them. And despite the fact that gender-equality awareness is increasing, caregivers end up leaving the workforce simply because the architecture is antiquated.

Frustrated by the lack of options, I formed Stay In The Game in 2018 to end the gender parity gap by offering alternative work structures to meet the needs of caregivers, particularly during the first 10-12 years of caregiving.

The professional work opportunity that Stay in the Game has provided me has been a dream come true for my family and career. By working remotely, I can seamlessly address the needs of my young family while maintaining my professional skills and contributing to my field. This is exactly what I have been looking for since becoming a mother.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide opportunities for competent, educated individuals who have been out of the workforce. We empower women to remain in the workforce while fulfilling their caregiving responsibilities.
They can contribute to the financial health of their families while also caring for children or relatives. With Stay In The Game, no one is forced to choose between caregiving and a career.
