Inc. announced that our CEO Mona Andrews would join their sixth annual Female Founders list, honoring a bold group of 200 women whose innovations and ideas are shaping the world into a better place.

The founders cross all industries and bring with them unique stories of success from each stage of the entrepreneurial journey from startup to going public, being acquired by big buyers, or spending decades at the helm of an organization. They are reinventing everything from shoes to food and are challenging issues like financial literacy and reproductive health.

“There are over 10 million full-time stay-at-home moms with bachelor’s degrees. If we can build future female talent pipelines, we’re not just going to Stay In The Game, we’re going to win it”

Stay In The Game is creating a new workplace architecture, keeping educated, ambitious women and caregivers engaged in the workforce, and providing flexible, remote work opportunities. We provide our employees with the opportunity to succeed in their careers and fulfill their caregiving responsibilities without having to choose one.

Our free webinars and training are open to everyone thanks to our partnerships with some of the world’s greatest business leaders. Since its inception, Stay In The Game has launched two flagship partnerships with major universities to match online Master’s degree students with clinical internships in their hometowns. We create educational opportunities for these students while providing meaningful work for women and caregivers employed as Placement Coordinators through Stay In The Game. These women and caregivers would otherwise not be part of the workforce.

Each year, Inc. editors review thousands of applications highlighting female founders who are challenging the status quo and tackling some of the world’s biggest problems. The list features women who have overcome challenges and lifted those around them while leading impactful organizations across the country. They join the ranks of previous honorees including Jessica
Alba, Tracee Ellis Ross, Rihanna, and Shonda Rhimes.

“These 200 female founders have identified solutions to difficult problems and created valuable, industry-changing companies out of them. We congratulate this year’s list on their achievements and look forward to their continued success,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk.

About Stay In The Game

Stay In The Game began operations in January 2018 to solve an important social need – ensuring educated, ambitious women and caregivers are adequately represented in the workforce. Stay In The Game offers flexible and remote work options so that women and caregivers with extensive experience and advanced degrees no longer have to struggle to balance the competing demands of career and caregiving responsibilities or struggle to re-enter the workforce after exiting for a time. It is the only end-to-end architecture that exists and creates opportunities for this underutilized talent pool. The employment provided by Stay In The Game is more purposeful than many flexible, remote opportunities; employees are using their education and training while receiving specialized ongoing skills training and support from a strong community of colleagues. Leveraging their remote business process outsourcing infrastructure reduces overhead costs, drives better business outcomes, and engages highly qualified individuals. Whether a business has short- or long-term needs, the goal is to lift their clients’ business performance higher.
