Inc. announced that our CEO Mona Andrews would join their sixth annual Female Founders list, honoring a bold group of 200 women whose innovations and ideas are shaping the world into a better place.
“There are over 10 million full-time stay-at-home moms with bachelor’s degrees. If we can build future female talent pipelines, we’re not just going to Stay In The Game, we’re going to win it”
Stay In The Game is creating a new workplace architecture, keeping educated, ambitious women and caregivers engaged in the workforce, and providing flexible, remote work opportunities. We provide our employees with the opportunity to succeed in their careers and fulfill their caregiving responsibilities without having to choose one.
Our free webinars and training are open to everyone thanks to our partnerships with some of the world’s greatest business leaders. Since its inception, Stay In The Game has launched two flagship partnerships with major universities to match online Master’s degree students with clinical internships in their hometowns. We create educational opportunities for these students while providing meaningful work for women and caregivers employed as Placement Coordinators through Stay In The Game. These women and caregivers would otherwise not be part of the workforce.
Each year, Inc. editors review thousands of applications highlighting female founders who are challenging the status quo and tackling some of the world’s biggest problems. The list features women who have overcome challenges and lifted those around them while leading impactful organizations across the country. They join the ranks of previous honorees including Jessica
Alba, Tracee Ellis Ross, Rihanna, and Shonda Rhimes.
“These 200 female founders have identified solutions to difficult problems and created valuable, industry-changing companies out of them. We congratulate this year’s list on their achievements and look forward to their continued success,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk.
